Are these “protein” Rice Krispies?

No. They are not protein infused treats.

When can I order?

We will always have our NEXT ORDER date listed on our IG page (@kahunatreats). On this date / at the time listed, you can come to our website and order treats! They are made fresh for each order and can sell out quickly!

 

Shipping & Handling Information 

  • Domestic Shipping (all 50 USA states) 

    • $15 Flat Rate
    • Orders over $50: Free Shipping
    • **these are shipping AND handling fees, meaning it covers the cost of shipping, the shipping materials, and the time it takes us to package it**
  • Do you ship to Canada and outside US?
    • YES! Shipping cost will vary depending on weight and where the order is being shipped. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    • If the order is labeled PRE-ORDER
      • orders are made after the order window has closed
      • you can expect your delicious treats to arrive within 11-20 days of your order!
    • if the order is labeled ORDER or LAUNCH
      • the treats were just made and ready to be shipped!
      • they will be shipped within 24-48 hours of you placing your order and you can typically expect them in 2-3 days!
  • Do you provide shipping information?
    • Yes, once we print the shipping label, you will receive the tracking number / information in the email provided at checkout.
    • Please check tracking information before asking us when you will receive your package. Once we drop off the orders they are in USPS hands.

     

    Policy for Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds

    • Cancellations: if you wish to cancel your order, it must be within in 24 hours of your order being placed.
    • Returns: we do NOT accept returns
    • Refunds: we do NOT refund after the order has been shipped
    • Shipping errors: if the package gets returned back to us due to a wrong address, we will NOT be held accountable for this. If you wish to pay our $15 re-ship fee, you may do so. If you don’t wish to pay for the re-ship fee, we will not be refunding you for the order. Please double check your address before submitting your order to prevent this from happening.

    Can the treats be frozen?

    Yes, The treats can be frozen for up to 3 months and keep their perfect texture!

    My treats got a little hard, is there any way to bring them back to life?

    Yes! If you left the treats out too long or the colder weather has them not as soft, you can fix that! Throw the treat in the microwave for 8-10 seconds! Be sure not to over heat it as it will then melt!

    Do you have nutritional information?

    Yes, the estimated macronutrients (carbs, fats, protein) are provided for most of our treats! We do weight and measure all ingredients but they may not be 100% exact for each treat. You can find this information in the Nutrition Information tab.

    Are there any vegan or dairy free treats?

    No, not at this time.

    Are there any gluten free treats?

    Yes! The Mase and The Chocoholic are gluten free.

    Do you offer bulk buying for special occasions?
